How to Submit a Return
To initiate a return, please use our Returns Portal. Follow the online steps to complete your return request. Once submitted, you will receive an email with instructions on sending your items back, along with the appropriate return address.
Important: Bellissea is not responsible for any loss or damage of items during return transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping a record of your tracking number. Return shipping costs and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer.
Domestic U.S. Sales
For exchanges (e.g., a different size or item), requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your purchase. Once approved, securely package the item(s) and include the original receipt before returning them to the provided address. We highly recommend obtaining a tracking number for proof of delivery.
Note:
- Store credit is issued for eligible returns; we do not offer refunds.
- Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for store credit or exchanges.

- The items are in original condition—new, unused, unwashed, free of stains, with tags and hygienic liners intact.
- Items must be carefully folded and securely packaged as received.
- A tracking number must accompany all returns to verify delivery.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the wrong item or size was received.

We partner with Route to provide added peace of mind during transit. You can opt for “1-Click Protect” at checkout, covering lost, damaged, or stolen orders. With “1-Click Protect + Green,” your purchase also supports reforestation efforts in Brazil by offsetting shipping emissions.
International Sales
Due to high shipping costs, outbound shipping for exchanges is not covered for international orders.

Customs & Duties:
International orders may incur customs and duty charges, which are determined by the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.
Faulty Items
Items are considered faulty if they arrive damaged or have a manufacturing defect. Please ensure care instructions are followed, as items damaged through misuse or regular wear and tear are not eligible for replacement.

Sale Items
All sales on discounted items, including those purchased with discount codes, are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
