What is your shipping policy?

We offer returns on all full priced items for store credit.  

Your item must meet the below requirements in order to be approved for store credit.

Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

The item must be returned in its original packaging, unworn, unwashed and must have the hygiene seal intact.

We do not offer free returns. All return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.

Please note, sale items are not eligible for returns. This includes any order with a discount applied.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free Shipping on all orders over $250.

We offer a flat rate of $20 for orders under $250, shipping to anywhere in world.

How long will delivery take? Fix Later

Currently Express domestic shipping takes 1-3 business days and Standard domestic shipping takes 2-6 business days. International shipping takes 3-10 business days.

Please note, that shipping is outside of our control and we cannot be held accountable for any delays in shipping.

PLEASE NOTE :

• It takes 1–2 working days to prepare and pack your order before it can ship.

• There can be occasional customs or courier delays, which are outside of Alicia Swim’s control. These can affect the delivery time frame. Please refer to your tracking number and contact the shipping company to find out if your delivery is being held in customs.

• Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been confirmed by email.

• We CANNOT send to PO BOX addresses.

• If a package is undeliverable, the customer is responsible for any return and original shipping charges. Alicia Swim is not responsible for tracking or replacing any orders marked as delivered, nor cases in which delivery attempts were made without success.

• Certain out-of-range countries and areas might take longer to arrive.

• You will receive an email once your order is confirmed.

• Another email with a tracking number will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

All international packages may be subject to local taxes and duties. Duties, taxes and other compulsory payments received shall be paid in full by the customer.

ALICIA SWIM WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR CUSTOM DUTIES AND TAXES ENFORCED BY YOUR RESIDING COUNTRY.

Please familiarize yourself with your country’s regulations, as payment of these duties may be necessary to release your order.

Yes! Your order can be delivered by USPS however the delivery time will be extended

Can I change or cancel my order?

We are unable to make changes to your order once it is placed.

If you need to update your address, we recommend contacting the courier directly.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

How do I use a promo or discount code?

To apply a promo or discount code to your order, enter the code in the ‘Gift Card or Discount Code’ field at checkout and click apply. The discount will be applied on eligible items only. To find out what products are eligible for a sale or discount, see our Terms and Conditions.

What is your return policy?

I haven't received my order yet. What should I do?

Please Contact Us with your order details so we can address any issues and get your order to you as soon as possible.

I forgot to use my discount code. Can it be applied to my order?

Unfortunately, you cannot make changes to your order post-checkout.

Do I receive an invoice for my order? - Review

What should I do if I receive a damaged, missing or wrong product?

If you are missing items from your order, have received incorrect, or damaged items, please contact our customer care team within 14 days after receiving your order at. You will need to provide your order number, name and details of the damaged, missing or incorrect item/s.

If your item is deemed faulty, we will send out a replacement. Refunds will only be issued if the item is unable to be replaced.

I ordered my item with a discount code. Can I return my item if it doesn't fit?

Unfortunately, you cannot. Items purchased with a discount greater than 20% are considered a final sale.

Can I return a sale item? - Review & Edit

Full priced items purchased using a store credit or a promotional discount code are eligible for a return. Items purchased as ‘Final Sale’ cannot be returned and are not eligible for refund, store credit or exchange, unless the items are deemed faulty. Please see our Returns Policy.

All sale items are final, we do not accept exchanges or returns on sales or promotions.

By signing up to our mailing list, you will receive discount codes and promotions from time to time; however, any orders made prior to a sale are not negotiable for a percentage of a refund once a sale commences.

Are taxes included in my order total?
The item I am looking for is out of stock, what can I do? - Review

Some of our styles/colors are more popular and sell out faster. Once a product has sold out, it will most likely not restock. Therefore, keep a lookout in your emails once new product has launched.

What if my return is late? I would not use

This is answered in to many places, if there is an update there could be conflicting information posted.

Exchange Policy - Review & Edit

If you would like to EXCHANGE your order for a different size, style, or color, please Contact Us with your order number and the item you would like to exchange for within 7 days of delivery.

 

If the package does not reach us safely, we will not be able to complete the exchange, so we recommended to use a tracked method for safe delivery. TO AVOID PAYING DUTIES AND TAXES AGAIN, PLEASE SEND THESE RETURNS USING YOUR COUNTRY’S NORMAL POSTAL SERVICE (RATHER THAN DHL, FED EX, UPS, ETC).

If you request an EXCHANGE, we will cover the shipping cost to send the new item out to you. However, you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipment.

Please include a printout of your order confirmation with every exchanged item.

Please note, we cannot make any exceptions for a refund due to a requested exchange item being out of stock. Please choose another style or color if this is the case.

All exchanged items must be returned unused, with sanitary stickers in place, and with original packaging including all tags.

How long is my gift card valid for?

Gift Cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.

How do I redeem my gift card?

Bellissea Gift Cards are automatically emailed to you once purchased. A unique code will be issued to the email address entered at checkout. To redeem, enter your unique Gift Card code in the ‘Gift Card or Discount Code’ box at checkout and click apply. Gift Cards purchased through Bellissea.com may only be redeemed on this website.
